The Milwaukee Bucks have grown into a promising young team led by budding superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. With John Hammond leaving the organization to join Orlando Magic president, Jeff Weltman, Bucks’ owners Marc Lasry and Wes Edens lead interviews looking to fill the empty GM seat in Milwaukee.

Seemingly leading the pack is Justin Zanik. After joining the Milwaukee Bucks this last season, the assistant GM is an internal favorite to take over from John Hammond. However, outsiders Noah Croom and Becky Hammond have been gathering significant media attention. Croom has developed a notable portfolio having joined the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2016, making his mark with a talented young squad while WNBA legend Becky Hammond has studied under arguably the greatest head coach of all time in Gregg Popovich. Whether Hammond’s on-court knowledge can translate into the GM office will be a transition to watch.
